Evergreen iPhone Application and Website available!

 Hello all!

I'm still working on the Evergreen book for English language study, mainly because it seems to be the highest rated, and because to my eyes the best supported.

I looked online for more information online and found this website here (click on the blue link to open the page) is a link to a web page talking about how to use this book. I think this is easier for you to use. It gives a very nice overview of the parts of the book and how to use it.

This link also lists a video website put out by the authors that looks pretty interested. You can find a link to this website here.

Finally, the first link mentions iPhone applications that you can use with the book. The link to that is here. The applications let you scan the codes in the book for speaking and other practice. For example, you can listen to the sentences and also record your own voice for comparison. I apparently do not have the most recent version(!) so I can't try this out myself yet.

Please let me know how it goes for you!

A Good Resource for English Study

 Hello all!

I went online and looked for good resources for studying English in Japanese. Many people seemed to like the Forest books, and I found that it has been updated and renamed Evergreen. There is also a study book that goes with it that seems very clear.

Here is a link to Amazon where you can find details about the book and also some reviews.

The book is rated pretty highly. People also often buy the study book 文法の基礎力を身につけるトレーニング (「総合英語Evergreen」完全準拠文法問題集) (Japanese). Here is a direct link.

as well as Next Stage英文法・語法問題―入試英語頻出ポイント218の征服 (Japanese). Here is a direct link to Next Stage.

If any of you have actually used these books or any like them, please let me know. I would like to get you all to start sharing ideas with each other. I can answer grammar questions too, but I think you can all help each other better in many ways.
